1 package yeast
Add ingredients into the pan in the order your bread machine requires, select white bread, and push start.

1-1/2 cup bread flour
1-1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
1/4 cup honey (I used Splenda sugar substitute)
1/4 cup warm water
1 egg (or substitute)
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. poppy seeds (optional)
I made a wonderful bread in the bread machine. It is not quite a traditional banana bread, and not quite a traditional bread. However, it was very good.
