Bread, Low-Fat Banana (P, TNT)

Serves: 12

1/2 cup brown sugar
2 egg whites; beaten
3 cups bananas; mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and then mix together. Mix everything really well (makes it fluffier).

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 45 minutes to one hour at 350°F (varies according to your oven so check it at 45.)
