Bread, Blender Banana (P, TNT)

2-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup shortening (or oil)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups sugar
4 medium bananas (sliced)

Sift first 3 ingredients together in a bowl. Place rest in blender container.

Blend until smooth and pour over dry ingredients. Mix until just smooth.

Pour into greased, floured, or wax paper-lined pans and bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes. Use either 9"x13" or 12"x18" pans.

Can be frozen. Raisins may be added.
