2 cups sugar
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl, cream together sugar, eggs and oil.
Mix flour, baking powder and soda together; add to sugar mixture, blend. Add milk and vanilla and mix well.
Stir together hot coffee and cocoa; pour into batter. Mix thoroughly; batter will be very liquid. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan.
Bake about 40 minutes, or until cake is done. Cool in pan. Top with icing or powdered sugar.

The cake comes out extremely moist and rich.
