1 package yellow cake mix (for Pesach use 2 boxes)
Mix first 6 ingredients together in mixer until smooth. Add next 3 ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350°F for about 55 minutes. Check with toothpick to see if it is done.

8 oz. sour cream or sour tofu cream (not for Pesach)
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 bar dark chocolate, grated (optional)
6 oz. package chocolate chips
1 cup pecans, chopped
