Apple Cake, Weight Watchers (P, TNT)

Serves: 6-8

6 apples, cored and sliced
6 eggs
6 slices "light" bread
Artificial sweetener of your choice

Process the bread to make bread crumbs.

Beat the eggs.

Combine apple slices, eggs, bread crumbs, cinnamon, and sweetener.

Pour into a baking pan, and sprinkle top with cinnamon mixture.

Bake 50 minutes at 350°F or until top is golden brown.

If you divide it into 6 portions, each portion is considered a meal. Good for breakfast, or lunch.
