One angel food cake
Slice strawberries and mix with a teaspoon of sugar and let it sit for a couple of minutes to make the juices come out. (If you're using raspberries, just mix them with the sugar.)
Mix the sour cream and brown sugar together.
Slice the cake into serving size portions and place one slice on an individual dessert plate. Put a spoonful of berries on it and top with a dollop of the sour cream mixture. Serve immediately. It's really delicious!

3 cups any kind of berries (strawberries and red raspberries are my favorite)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons brown sugar
This is my favorite simple dessert (it's dairy, unless you find a tofu substitute for the sour cream.)
