Bagel Sandwiches (D, TNT)

Serves: 6

1 6-1/2-oz. can tuna, drained
1 3-oz. package chive cream cheese or plain cream cheese
Mayonnaise to soften the cream cheese
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 lb. smoked salmon slices
6 bagels, sliced in halves

Mix together the tuna, cream cheese, dill and enough mayonnaise to soften the mixture to spreading consistency. Spread on half of the bagel halves. Top with 1 or 2 slices of smoked salmon and top with the other half of the bagel halves.

Poster's Notes:
Here is a wonderful bagel sandwich which we make for Sundays on the boat and of course great for any picnic or Sunday breakfast or brunch.
