2 egg equivalent, egg substitute or egg whites
Mix the berries and sweetener in a small bowl and put aside.
Pour the egg stuff into a hot, sprayed non-stick pan. Add the sweetened berries. Cook until done to your taste, don't overcook.
Roll and put on a plate and sprinkle with the cinnamon.
Easy and delicious.
Poster's Notes:
This would make a lovely fancy dessert. I am sure there must be something like it out there, but I just wasn't aware of it. I imagine it would be nice topped with yogurt or whipped cream, etc.

In my constant search for new sweet treats without sugar, I tried something this morning for breakfast that worked out just beautifully. It comes out rather like a very delicate crepe. If you are neither sugarly or chloresterally challenged you could use regular sugar and regular eggs.
