Muesli (P, TNT)

Serves: 8-10


200g. oat flakes
4-5 dried figs, cut in strings
2-1/2dl cold water
500g yogurt
2-3 tsp. apricot jam
2 big apples unpeeled
1-2 pears, in slices
2 bananas, in slices
150g frozen or fresh berries
2-3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1-1/2dl whipped cream
2 kiwis, as decoration

Put oats in a large bowl, add figs and cold water, leave for 1 hour.

Add yogurt and jam; roughly rasp (grate) the apples and add the pears, bananas, berries and pumpkin seeds.

Mix the whole thing and at the end, add the whipped cream.
