French Toast, Low Fat Baked (D)
Source: Better Homes and Gardens Family Favorites Made Lighter
Serves: 3

2 egg whites, whipped
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
6 slices bread
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven at 400°F.

Prepare baking sheet with cooking spray. In a shallow bowl beat together egg whites, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Dip bread into egg mixture, coating both sides.

Place bread on prepared baking sheet. Bake oven for 5 minutes. Turn and bake about 4 to 5 minutes more or until golden brown. Sprinkle powdered sugar over French toast.
