6 eggs
Mix juice, eggs, cinnamon, and orange rind and pour over slices of challah.
Divide melted butter between two jellyroll pans. Place 6 slices of challah in each pan and bake 5 minutes or to brown on one side--turn and bake 5 or more minutes on the other to brown.

1 large orange to yield about 1/3 cup of liquid
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter (1 stick--I use non-salted) (melted)
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
12 slices challah (I use a rectangular challah and have it sliced by the bakery)
I came across this recipe recently and remembered that it had been used at a buffet luncheon that was given for my daughter a number of years ago--it is very tasty and a little different--also TNT.
