Eier Mit Tsibble (Scrambled Eggs w/Onions) I (M/P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 4 to 6

1 tbsp. margarine
1 drop vegetable oil
1 yellow onion, diced
4 large eggs, beaten

Heat the margarine and oil, add the diced onion and brown it. Add the eggs, stir and scramble.

Poster's Notes:
1. Use chicken fat instead of the margarine-oil combination.

2. Add salami in slices or pieces or diced just before adding the eggs.

3. Instead of scrambling, prepare as an omelet.

4. Add seasonings: salt, pepper, herbs...

5. Add mushrooms in addition to or instead of any ingredient except the eggs.

6. Sauté the onions with diced green pepper, then add diced tomato and the salami and eggs.

7. Use Polish sausage instead of the salami.

Anything you do with this is good, as long as you have the fried onions and the eggs in the pan.
