Source: Matzo meal package
Yield: 12

1 cup fine matzo meal
1 cup milk (or boiling chicken stock)
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, separated
1 tbsp. sugar
Oil or butter, for frying

Stir hot milk into the matzo meal in a bowl. Add sugar, salt and the well-beaten egg yolks.

Add the stiffly beaten egg whites and fry by the tablespoon in hot butter or oil. Sprinkle with sugar.
