2 cups sour cream
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Butter or spray with Pam a 9"x13" pan.
Lay out the frozen blintzes, alternating fillings. The exact number you use may depend on the size of the blintzes of the brand you buy, the exact interior dimensions of your pan, and how tightly you want to wedge them.
Mix the first four ingredients together and pour evenly over the blintzes.
Bake for approximately 1 hour. Cut squares and serve with fruit sauce and sour cream.
Poster's Notes:
That way, when you cut it into squares people will get some blueberry and cherry as well as cheese.
I would use this and a regular bagels-lox-cream cheese platter. In my experience, everybody (and I do mean EVERYBODY) just loves that.

Here is my MIL's Blintz Souffle recipe. A tried and true winner! Some recipes use orange juice and I find that I do not like those. This one is "pure" and you can then use whatever fruit or fruit sauce toppings you wish. You can also use fruit filled blintzes, not only cheese ones.
