3 8-oz. packages cream cheese or any combination of cheese to 24 oz.
Butter a 9"x13" pan and press out 1 layer of rolls.
Mix sugar, cream cheese, yolks, and vanilla and spread over rolls. Cover top with 2nd layer of rolls. Bake 350°F for about 30 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
