Large flour tortillas
Butter your tortillas on one side and place in hot skillet. Immediately add a spoonful of pie filling to one side and fold over the other side with your turner.
At this point the one side should be browned. Carefully flip the tortilla over to finish browning the other side. Remove from the pan and place on a plate. Spoon whipped topping onto the roll-up and serve.
You can make these with any fruit filling, and even pudding if you wish. They cook so quickly that the filling doesn't become hot.
