100% Whole Wheat Bread, Large Loaf V (Bread Machine) (D/P, TNT)

Yield: 1 large loaf

1 cup plus 6 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons oil
1-1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2-1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons dry milk
4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon yeast

Put into machine into proper order.

Press whole wheat bread, light and 4 hours and 20 minutes.

Poster's Notes:
For the milk, I was told to use soy baby formula but used gluten, brought in from USA, instead.
