2 cups flour
Sift dry ingredients together. Cut butter in to that until it resembles cornmeal. Add fruit and chips.
Fold in half of the cream, then the next half. Lightly knead on floured surface.
Roll into two balls, flatten and cut with jar or glass (or a tuna can w/top and bottom removed, a trick I learned last year from a pastry chef friend who was visiting during Chanukah last year while I was making sufganiyot).
Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
