Rye Bread, Apple-Onion (D)

Yield: 1 loaf

2-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1-3/4 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons bread flour
1-1/2 cups rye flour
1/3 cups cracked wheat
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1-1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, minced
1 large apple, chopped
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup water

Add all the ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to manufacturer's directions. Let loaf cool completely before slicing.
