Rolls, Whole Wheat and Corn (P, TNT)

6 cups whole-wheat flour
1 cup cornmeal
2 ounces yeast
2-3/4 cup water
4 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoon honey

Combine first the dry ingredients and then the wet with the dry. Knead well. Let dough rise for 10 minutes and form into balls. Let rise another 30 minutes.

Bake for 30 minutes at 375&176F.

Poster's Notes:
For the yeast, I tried 4 tablespoon, it came out OK maybe 3-1/2 was better.

I let the dough rise, punched it down, let it rise again and then made balls and stuck into the oven.
