Beer Bread (P, TNT)

3 cups self-rising flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 can of beer

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Spray a non-stick loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray, or grease with fat-free margarine. Mix all ingredients well.

Pour into pan; bake for 1 hour.

Poster's Notes: Here's the easiest loaf of bread you'll ever make. Surprisingly, the resulting loaf doesn't taste like beer--but the beer gives it a deep yeast flavor. If you like, add your favorite herbs, seeds (sesame, millet, etc., or a bit of cheese.
