2 cups water 
Preheat oven to 425°F.
 
Bring water and oil to a boil. Remove from heat immediately after it comes to a boil. Stir in salt, sugar, matzo meal, and cake meal. Cool slightly.
 
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg.
 
Put into muffin tin. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then 400°F for 15 minutes, then 375°F for 15 minutes.
