Pizza Dough, Whole Wheat (P, TNT)

Serves: 2 12" pie crusts

1 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons honey
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups white bread flour
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturers directions for dough cycle. Preheat oven to 425°F.

When machine beeps, roll out the dough to form 2 12" crusts. Place on baking stones. Add desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until toppings are melted.

Poster's Notes:
You can fiddle with the amount of whole wheat a little. The more whole wheat the stiffer the dough. Also keep in mind when it's dry outside you can add a little additional water to keep it workable.
