Crackers, Wonton (P, TNT)

Yield: depends upon the number of wonton wrappers in the package

1 package square frozen wonton wrappers

Choice of Seasonings:
    Savory:
     Choice of the following, or mix and match to taste: salt, pepper, dried herbs such as thyme, basil, oregano, etc.
     Seeds: poppy, sesame (black or white or natural), kimmel (caraway), nigella seeds, etc.
     Sweet: cinnamon and sugar

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut thawed wonton skins in half diagonally and put them on parchment lined baking sheets.

Spray them with non-stick oil, or brush with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning of choice.

Bake at 400°F until golden and crisp (about 5 to 8 minutes)

Cool, then store tightly covered. Serve with your favourite spreads or dips.

Poster's Notes:
These are very easy to make and last for a long time in a tightly closed plastic container in a cupboard.
