3/4 cup water
Place ingredients in bread pan in the order listed. (*one to three tablespoons of flour may need to be added when kneading.)
Set machine on basic white setting.
*I just add a bit of extra flour along with my three cups and do not check the machine again until the bread is done.

The recipe comes from a bread machine cookbook. I can't remember who put it out--it was a company like Pillsbury or maybe put out by a magazine. Nice book, a big hardback. Just can't remember the name, sorry. Anyway, this bread is amazing. It is so moist and flavorful.

3 cups bread flour*
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. yeast
One of my favorite parts of summer is baking bread rather than buying it. I have been using my bread machine more often. I usually use it for making challah dough and nothing more.
