Yield: 2 large twists or 6 to 8 small twists

1-1/4 cups water
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
6 cups bread flour
1-1/2 tablespoons gluten
1 tablespoon yeast
Egg, beaten with water

Place in bread machine in order listed in ingredients. Knead in machine. Remove, knead, and shape on floured surface.

Place shaped loaves on pan lined with greased foil. Place in large plastic bag for 40 minutes.

Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Brush tops with egg beaten with water. Bake for 25 minutes for large loaves or 15 minutes for small loaves. Remove from pan to cool on a rack.
