Bread Machine Challah V (P, TNT)

Yield: 2 loaves

1 cup lukewarm water
2 eggs
2/3 stick margarine, sliced in pieces
4-1/4 cups bread flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. bread machine yeast
1 egg, lightly beaten (optional)

Put ingredients into bread machine in the order listed. Run dough cycle on large setting.

Divide dough in half; braid and shape loaves.

Let rise 20 minutes, then bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes. You can glaze with a lightly beaten egg if you like before baking.

Poster's Notes:
I divide the dough in half, put into gallon freezer bags and freeze. Then I take the frozen dough out Friday morning, leave the bags on the counter and by the time I get home, they have thawed and risen again in the bags.
