Buns, Cinnamon I (D, TNT)

Yield: 1 dozen

1/4 cup warm milk
1-1/2 tsp. yeast fast rise
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 warm milk (separate)
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup margarine, cubed and soft
3/4 tsp. salt
3 cups (and a little more) flour

Filling:
1/2 cup butter
1-1/4 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped almonds

Make Dough:
Proof milk, yeast, and sugar.

Add remaining 3/4 cup milk, egg, margarine, salt, and flour. Knead 8 to 10 minutes to have a soft not sticky dough.

Let rise to double, punch down kneed a few seconds and roll out to 1/3".

Make Filling and Assembly:
Boil and whisk to dissolve butter and brown spread on rolled dough. Sprinkle mixed cinnamon, raisins and almonds all over.

Roll and cut into 12 pieces and place in 9"x12" pan with spaces. Let rise to double.

Bake at 375°F 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown tops.
