2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a blender, combine eggs, apple juice concentrate, and oil. Mix on medium just to blend. Add applesauce, bananas, and carrots; blend well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Pour in the wet mixture and mix until smooth.
Pour into pan and bake about 1 hour until firm to the touch. Cool completely. Remove from pan.
Cut into 8 slices and then cut each slice into four 1" sticks. Lay the sticks on a baking sheet and bake at 150°F for 30 minutes (for soft bread-like sticks) or 1 hour (for hard teething biscuits). Store in an airtight container.
