Smoothie, Peanut Butter and Banana (D, TNT)

Serves: 1

1 cup (8 oz.) fat free plain yogurt
1 frozen banana, cut into pieces for easier blending
1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Poster's Notes:
I make this for my grandchildren when they come over and they love it. Keep the bananas in the freezer so they are ready to go. The peels darken, but the fruit is still fine. It is a very easy and quick recipe.
