1 stone fruit (peach, plum, nectarine), sliced
Rinse all fruit thoroughly.
Place all ingredients except sugar in blender. Blend until smooth. Add sugar to taste.
You can use frozen fruits, and you can also freeze juice or milk in an ice cube tray and use those instead of water in the ice cubes.
The colder you make this, the more sweetener you will need.
Poster's Notes:
After all that, I would add a little honey or sugar if the fruit warranted it, up to about a tablespoon max. This would make about 4-5 cups of smoothie, which I would drink all morning as I worked.

Nutritional Info Per Serving: N/A
5 to 6 strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup melon, diced (optional)
1/2 cup yogurt
1 small banana
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or other essence
1 tablespoon brewer's yeast
1 raw egg
Approximately 1 cup of milk, juice, or water, or 8 ice cubes
Sugar, to taste
When I used to make smoothies regularly for breakfast, they would include just about anything you could imagine. I'd start with about a cup of either stone fruit or berries, a banana, yogurt, cinnamon, ginger, (a raw egg--not recommended if you are at all health compromised!), brewer's yeast, and a few drops of vanilla or lemon or orange flavoring. I'd start the blender, and then add juice or milk until the consistency was what I liked.
