Smoothie, Mango (D, KLP, TNT)

1 large ripe mango
1/2 cup low-fat natural yoghurt/yogurt
2 to 3 tsp. honey
1-1/2 cups low-fat milk

Cut flesh from 1 large ripe mango. Puree all ingredients until smooth using a blender.
