1 cup apple juice
Put ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Poster's Notes:
This smoothie can be very thick, my husband likes to eat his with a spoon, I like to drink mine. I think the banana and frozen fruit make it thick. If you want it thinner, add more liquid.
I also make mine in a Smoothie maker, it has a dispenser spigot. I bought it because I wanted a blender that was dairy (my other blender was pareve and I wanted to keep it that way). The spigot allows me to dispense the smoothie while the blender is running. I'm not sure this makes a difference, but I do like the creaminess of my smoothies.

Nutritional Info Per Serving: N/A
1 cup milk
1 cup yogurt (any flavor)
1-1/2 to 2 cups frozen fruit
1 frozen banana, in 1" chunks
For the fruit, I have used a variety of mixed fruit, mixed berries, frozen peaches, frozen strawberries, etc. For the yogurt, I use a 6- or 8-ounce container of any flavor. If you use plain yogurt, you may need a bit of sweetener. I keep bananas frozen all the time; whenever my bananas seem to be going bad, I throw them in the freezer, that way I always seem to have frozen bananas.
