Smoothie, Banana-Fruit (D, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 2 to 4

1 ripe banana
1 yogurt, diet, your choice of flavoring
Fresh fruit, chopped, such as mango or strawberries
Approximately one cup of low fat milk
1 package of sweetener
A shot of vanilla, optional
Few ice cubes

Throw everything in the blender.  Blend, and serve.

Poster's Notes:
You should be delighted with the results.

Smoothies are a favorite in our house because my husband is a diabetic (not too serious) and wants to control his sugar intake even though he is a sugar addict. I have devised this recipe.

When your bananas get too ripe to eat, remove the skins and freeze them so they are available for this drink!
