Punch, Fruit for 100 (P, KLP, TNT)
Source: Paula Deen
Yield: Approximately 3-1/2 gallons

12 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
12 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 can (48 oz.) pineapple juice
3 cups water
3 cups sugar
4L lemon-lime soda
4L ginger ale
1 ball fresh ginger, sliced (optional)
1 vanilla pod

Mix orange juice and lemonade according to directions on can. Combine the two and add pineapple juice.

Pour 1 quart of mixture into a ring mold (Bundt pan, gelatin mold, etc.) Add fresh fruit such as raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries, grapes, etc.). Freeze for at least 5 hours; preferably 24 hours.

Bring 3 cups water to a boil. Add sugar, and stir until liquid is clear and all sugar dissolves. Add ginger and vanilla along with sugar if desired. Add to rest of juice mixture, and chill.

When ready to serve, unmold the juice and fruit ring, turn it over so the fruit is on top, then add the juice mixture and sodas.

Poster's Notes:
This is very sweet, but it was a hit with the audience and cast of the school play that it celebrated.
