Milkshake, Sugar-Free Banana (D, TNT)

1 banana, frozen
3/4 cup 1% milk
fresh ground nutmeg to taste
1 packet sugar substitute

Fully freeze the banana. Thoroughly puree in a blender or food-processor all ingredients. Serve immediately.
