Lhassi/Lassi, Mango (D, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 1

1 mango
1 cup milk
1/2 cup regular yogurt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 cup ice-cold water

Cut the mango into small pieces. Blend it.

Add yogurt, sugar, milk, and water and blend it all for about 2 to 3 minutes or until you see a little foam forming in the mixture.

Serve chilled.

Here's something to do with your ripe mangoes. It's the Indian version of a milk shake and very delicious. This is from a website called food-nepal.com but most recipes are about the same.
