1/2" chocolate syrup
[Archivist's Note: Recommended glass size is 16" tall]
Take a tall glass, like the kind soda/pop whatever you call it is often served in. Put a spoon in it.
Take chocolate syrup and pour it into the glass until it reaches 1/2" (1.3cm) deep in the glass. Pour milk in until it raises the level another 3/4" (1.9cm).
Stir this, and add seltzer until the foam head threatens to overflow.
Drink with a straw.
