Veal Ribs, Revival (M, TNT)

Serves: 6

3 pounds veal ribs (3 to 4)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 onions, sliced
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 teaspoons Vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce (click here for recipe)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water

Select meaty veal ribs. Cut into servings or leave whole. Sprinkle with the 1 teaspoon of salt and the 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.

Place in a roaster pan and cover with the onions.

Combine the remaining ingredients; then pour the mixture over the meat. Cover and bake at 350°F for about 1-1/2 hours. Baste occasionally and turn the ribs once or twice.

Remove the cover for the last 15 minutes to brown the ribs.
