1 acorn squash, quartered
Sweat onions, add garlic, thyme, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Add meat and brown. Add tomato paste, and a touch of honey.
Place squash in baking dish and spread honey over each piece then sprinkle cinnamon. Bake covered until squash is soft and cooked through (test with fork).

I made it in the microwave, so I can't list cooking temperature or time. [Archivist's note: we suggest 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour]
