2 1-pound cans crushed tomato sauce or regular tomato sauce, (whichever you prefer)
Place sauce in a pot and add your seasonings (all to your liking). Cover with lid and simmer.
Take onions, garlic, and a little salt and pepper and fry in margarine. Once onions and garlic are caramelized, add to chopped beef and rice.
Cut top of peppers off and clean out the insides and then stuff each pepper with the meat filling.
Place peppers in pot (with the simmering sauce) and cover. Cook peppers for approximately for 1 hour over medium heat.
