Stroganoff/Stroganov, Ground Meat II (M, TNT)

Fresh minced onions to taste (or 1 tsp. dried, minced onions)
Garlic powder to taste (or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder)
1 to 1-1/4 pound ground turkey (or ground beef)
1 tbsp. flour
Dash or two of pepper
Salt to taste
2 4-oz. cans of sliced mushrooms
1 standard size can pareve mushroom soup
6 oz. or 2/3 cup tofu sour cream
Parsley for garnish
1 5-oz. package of flat thin noodles, cooked according to package directions

Sauté ground turkey with onion until brown. Drain off excess fat and return to pan. Add garlic powder and simmer for 3 minutes.

Stir in flour, pepper, and mushrooms; cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in soup then cover and simmer ten minutes.

Right before serving, cook noodles then remove meat mixture from heat and stir in sour cream substitute and parsley. Serve over noodles.

I would like to offer a recipe that I recently tried, after converting it to a kosher rendition. It was quick and easy. Hope you like it.
