Stir Fry Pepper Steak (M, TNT)

2 pounds pepper steak cut into strips
1 large onion, cut into small pieces
2 cups frozen broccoli defrosted
2 cups frozen cauliflower, defrosted
1 large zucchini, cut into small pieces (I cut the squash into four sections and then cut up each piece)
1 can mushrooms or 16 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 medium green pepper, cut into small pieces
1 medium red pepper, sliced into small pieces (this adds a nice color)
Oil to cover the bottom of wok or fry pan, about 1/4" deep
1/4 cup soy sauce mixed with 1/2 tsp. ginger

Stir fry the meat and vegetables until the meat is thoroughly cooked. Put sauce over the mixture and serve.

If you are a "mixed" family such as mine, serve the low carb person this dish as is and make rice to serve under the stir fry for everyone else.

Poster's Notes:
Last week I made this for my low carb husband and myself. It tasted great and he even asked me to make it again!

Keep in mind that the vegetables are up to the individual.
