1 sliced zucchini
2 sliced kosher polish sausage links
--Hebrew National & Sinai Kosher are good brands
1/2 sliced red bell pepper
1/2 white onion, sliced
1-1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
6 ounces wide egg noodles
Cook egg noodles in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes, until soft.
Put oil into pan. Cook polish sausage alone until it starts to brown (about 5 minutes). Add remaining vegetables and stir continuously until veggies are cooked.
Serve over egg noodles.
Poster's Note: Any type of kosher sausage can be used , but Polish Sausage works best.
