2 pounds chopped meat
Mix all ingredients except eggs and matzot together and cook until browned.
When meat mixture cools, add eggs, blending well.
Soak matzot in beaten eggs and line pan. Add meat mixture. Soak more matzot and add on top of meat mixture.
Bake at 350°F until top is dry.
You need to get the exact consistency of the matzo; soft enough to be pliable but firm enough so that they don't fall apart when placing them in the pan.
