1-1/2 pounds ground beef
Combine all the ingredients, place in an oiled meat loaf pan and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour.
Poster's Notes:
This is a really moist and mild but very flavorful meatloaf. You can make half and then bake it in a small souffle dish that fits in the toaster oven. If you prefer a somewhat thicker texture, then eliminate the hot water.

1 cup rice krispy-type cereal, crushed
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Dash garlic powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup hot water
If you make half the recipe, still use the 1 egg.
