Meatloaf, Easy (M, TNT)
Source: Quaker Oatmeal package
Serves: 6

1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup oats, uncooked
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp, salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Heat oven to 350°.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing lightly. Press into 8"x4" loaf pan.

Bake 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes and drain off any juices before slicing.

Poster's Notes:
This is what we always had as kids. Came off the Quaker Oatmeal package. It is great as leftovers cold in sandwiches. One of my favorite childhood lunches.
