1-1/2 lb. ground chicken
Put each meat mixture in separate bowl. Add one egg to each bowl, sprinkle in the seasonings, to taste, add some of the bread crumbs and mix. The meat should be stiff enough roll up. The chicken mixture will be stickier than the meat.
Prepare two pieces of foil, about 9"x13", and pat down each of the mixtures into the same size on the foil. Then invert the ground chicken mixture onto the beef mixture, and roll up like a
jellyroll.
Place in a pan or a cookie sheet seam side down and bake for 1-1/2 hours, until done.
Sorry I don't have exact measurements, it's strictly a "to taste" recipe, but it's never failed in all the years I've been making it.

I make this for supper on occasion; it looks great, tastes delicious, is a little different, and is very easy.
