Meatballs:
Sauce:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, and seasonings. Form into 1" balls.
In a 3-quart saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over low flame 25 to 30 minutes. Stir often to keep smooth.
Add meatballs to sauce and simmer for 1 hour.

1 lb. ground beef (I usually make it with ground turkey)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs (I usually put in oatmeal)
1/2 onion, grated
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 can jellied cranberry sauce (I've used the whole berry too, but I usually add a little water)
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
